Burtch works was contracted to help the data team for my company due to impending layoffs organizationally wide. Two months later, after the initial interviews/meeting, they have not helped place anyone at a new position and have been radio silent. No one on our team of 25-30 people have reported a positive experience with them. Would not recommend them - waste of time.
