Nate was very quick to respond to my inquiry about our hot water heater leaking and even communicate late on a Friday night. We were able to have our hot water tank replaced the next morning and Anthony did a great job. Price seemed very reasonable and very easy to complete payment process. Would recommend.
Nathan and Burt Mechanical were great to work with! They showed up when promised and also kept me informed of dates, times and tracking for appointments through multiple texts. The 2 Service Techs , Anthony and ?, were friendly and professional and had my repairs done when promised. I highly recommend Burt for your Hot water heater replacement and repairs!
Nathan is super knowledgeable and great to work with. He works to give you the best price and service. His standards are high if he sees something is not perfect he will make it perfect before done. Highly recommend them. Had them install backflow valves as well as a new reverse osmosis system and water softener system.
