So my car is a POS and likes to give me a heart attack. However Steve at Burt brothers fixed it. Like not a temporary fix a real fix for a great price. I am a single mother that could be taken advantage of in desperate need of fixing my car. However, I was treated with the greatest respect. Thank you so much for your great service. I can’t afford a fancy car and this the only car I have and am so thankful you fixed it for me. Thank you!! 🥰

Slow service, don't check all the fluids. After an hour just saw my car get pulled in to rotate tires. Ridiculous. Actually over an hour. I got here at 6:50. Still waiting.
Manager suggested that I put myself in danger rather then send an employee to help. Had a hole in my tire, was told to continue to drive on it due to them not having the tire at in stock at this store. They said the could get the tire in by the next morning. When I asked the manager if it was safe to continue driving on it, he said probably not. They could have gotten the tire the same day, but they refused to send someone to get the tire.
