Dr. Marina Burstein is an amazing pediatric physician. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle with all pediatric patients. The office staff is extremely hard working, organized, and patient centered. If you are looking for a pediatrician or internal medicine physician, I highly recommend this office.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this clinic. Today I had a very unpleasant phone conversation with the receptionist, who spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. I believe that someone working in patient service should remember basic professionalism and respect. What shocked me even more was the dishonesty. I had my baby at Tarzana Providence and this doctor was covering for my original Pediatrician. Her office staff is absolutely terrible, whoever answers her phone is extremely rude had no idea what I was asking her and was not helpful at all. Definitely steer away from this office!
