I had my baby at Tarzana Providence and this doctor was covering for my original Pediatrician. Her office staff is absolutely terrible, whoever answers her phone is extremely rude had no idea what I was asking her and was not helpful at all. Definitely steer away from this office!

Our experience with Dr. Marina Burshtein was very disappointing. From the beginning, her communication was rude and aggressive rather than supportive. When she learned that our child’s father was sick, she told us that she even vaccinates her own grandchildren while they are sick and insisted that it was normal to vaccinate children during illness. Dr. Marina Burstein is an outstanding doctor, and her team is absolutely amazing! They are professional, caring, and incredibly responsive. I am so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help — they went above and beyond to assist us in a very short time. Thanks to their efficiency, we were able to get the necessary documents quickly and without stress. It’s rare to meet such a wonderful combination of professionalism and genuine care for patients.
