Fun place to spin with motivating instructors!
Went to Geri's class today which was an excellent class. Coming back to visit from Colorado and being a spin instructor out there it's hard to find a good spin class when I come back to Iowa but I was incredibly impressed. Good tough class with intervals.
Best place to go..friendly place that makes you feel like family
