I always support smaller local businesses. But not after today. Way to expensive on Penrite motor oil.
Last week I contacted your store and went In. This was my second experience with Gail, the attendant at the middle register from whom I purchased my parts. She has gone above and beyond to help me with my Volkswagen Golf, tracking down parts that were impossible to find elsewhere. Unlike Repco and Cheaper Spares, which simply told me no, Gail provided quotes and kept me updated on each part I required. Her friendly and professional manner made me feel very welcome. I'll definitely be returning for parts again."
