Awesome staff and awesome customer service. Went in to grab some parts for a car service and they needed to order a few extras in. Mentioned they would have it in that afternoon and to save me the additional trip to the store with a 15 week old baby, they offered to deliver the products to our front door later that afternoon. Such a kind and generous offer and great customer service. Thank you staff at Kilmore Bursons for making life a little easier
Not very good service, order a part in the morning, ring me at 3pm to let me know its in, tell them I will be in first thing in the morning, turn up next morning at 9am and no part, now will be in next week. Waste of money, 40km drive with diesel at $3.20, not happy.
