Great selection and very helpful staff who know thete spares
shop is a joke! took my wheel in 1 month ago, was promised a rubber sleeve to protect some cables and a new tube to be done in 5 days.... here i am 1 month later and nothing has been done! was lied to each time i went in. first lie was by wife that they had accidentally split the new tube and needed another, upon inspection was easy to see they had not changed the old tube. second lie was by owner, i cant get the tyre off the the rim im going to the tyre shop today to get them to do it. that was a week ago. i just took my st... read more
Contacted Bursons Joondalup on a Saturday and spoke with Devon, to see if they had an air filter in for my vehicle model. They did but were closing in about 7 minutes and I wouldn't be able to make it. Devon then went out of his way to allow me to pay over the phone, and to allow me to meet with him at an alternate location after he finished work to grab the filter. He didn't have to but he made it possible....Good work to Devon, this is what customer service looks like I'll definitely buy from Bursons again
