Asked for guidance on valve compressor and compression test tools Thursday morning. Was told that they only stock what’s on the shelf. Assistant reluctant to leave the counter. He could do with the extra steps to be completely honest. Wasn’t interested in helping me with options. Price wasn’t a thought due to being an account customer. Was left to do business with some place else

Staff members are really rude Went there and waited 5 minutes on counter no one came to attend and Guy who came to attend was rude and even commented about my race . Please don’t go there if you are not like them .

Ken was extremely helpful and he was able to supply me with the parts l needed on the same day l ordered them, at a competitive price (ordered in the morning). Other competitors weren't able to do this. Will definitely call here first for my aftermarket parts.

Had the parts I needed and when he looked at the price said it was to much and put a very generous discount off original price. Couldn't be happier.
