The overall experience was quite enjoyable.
Overall, the cruise was a great experience. The suite was great and roomy and the cabin steward was very friendly and helpful, His name was Richard and we have mentioned his name in the Princess review. The only problem we had was a request from the Princess staff to vacate our cabin for 3 hours so that a leak in the ceiling could be fixed..We feel this should have been done while in port. The staff offered a 300 dollar discount for the next cruise ,which offer we asked to be transferred to our family ion their account.
It was a very wonderful trip.
I’m planning on taking a vacation NEXT winter , so I called to receive some basic information from them . I got into an argument with the lady about what you would call this winter and then what you would call next winter . When I tried to slow it down for her she just kept laughing . I’ve never been so irritated dealing with someone over the phone . Completely disrespectful.
