I showed up at Burrwood last week with puke all over my pants (I was 30 minutes late mind you). My cat gets incredibly anxious in the car and immediately Rachel (I believe it was Rachel) offered me wipes and spray to clean off my clothes. She also gave me pee pads for my car so that if my cat had an accident on the way home, it wouldn't be as stressful. The entire experience was what you should receive from a vet. Dr. Alex was so warm and welcoming. He was also extremely knowledgeable and professional, so we felt like we were in great hands for the care of our cat. The office was beautiful and well designed so you can see everything going on with your pet. The entire staff was so caring and kind, as well. I highly recommend Burrwood!
I have brought all my pups here since moving from FL. The facility is clean and relaxing, every staff member is polite and I have found they are very happy to partner on what is best for your pets care. Highly recommend.
Bought my kitten here for her first appointment and she loved the staff 🥰 They all played with her through the exam window and gave her treats.
