We found our new vet clinic. Very clean and inviting. Staff friendly and have great communications skills. An unexpected bonus is that you can watch your pet through a window while they are examined in the back. I enjoyed being able to see them. I would highly recommend Burrwood. We have 2 great Danes and we feel confident they understand giant dog needs.
I just moved to the area and had brought my kitty for a routine visit. Then, 6 months later, we found out she had lymphoma. They were so wonderful about squeezing me in for bloodwork as requested by her oncologist. I’m incredibly grateful for Dr Floto’s compassionate care. She literally cried with me the last time I brought my kitty in, it’s so clear she cares immensely for the animals she treats. So friendly, well organized, and clean. Very detailed with the expenses, and explain everything.Everyone was so kind and caring. I felt my dog received lots of love and attention. The staff, doctor, etc., were professional and warm hearted. They made me feel confident that my dog was getting the best possible care. The picture they sent me was wonderful.
