We were skeptical at first because we were getting an incredible value booking a suite with our Choice points, but saw how great their reviews were. We were very disappointed. They gave us an accessible suite which seems to be a standard across the entire industry if you dare book with your points. The room smelled so bad and was just completely gross! Everyone we encountered, from the front desk, the maintenance employees, the bartender and the room cleaner were courtious and helpful. We couldn't ask for better service. Feel free to share our thoughts.
Great place! Clean lovely rooms, great staff too!
Pleasantly surprised, wasn’t sure what to expect. Arrival/check in was smooth and staff was excellent, upbeat and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious.
