Staff and doctors are very friendly in office, however the call center is HORRIBLE. There is no direct number to a office. I usually have to leave a voicemail and then dont get a return call for 2-3 days. Not an ideal situation for an 8yo with braces and his current wire is broken..we get so annoyed that we considered just walking into the office just so we could schedule an appointment.
I just received a texts stating if i do not confirm my daughter’s appointment, her appointment will be cancelled. Ive worked in healthcare for over 20 years and have never received or sent a message like this. It’s like me telling your mother/father I will cancel their Oncology appointment if they do not call the office back and they need their appointment or even texting your dogs vet appointment will be cancelled if no confirmation (that’s probably a better example).
