DONT TAKE YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS HERE! Awful service. Appointments are never on time. The past three times we went here we've had to wait 30 plus minutes to get ybe seen. My son is autistic and this does not work for him he is extremely anxious. If we were late to an appointment we would likely be charged and not seen. We're told to make an appointment at a certain time because it'll be better, same thing happens. Great service but they need to manage time better
BEST PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY IN TOWN!!! Had a very pleasant visit today at Lume Pediatric Dentistry, formerly Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry. We usually frequent the Davidson location, however, today, we went to the Mallard Creek location due to the open appointments while school’s out. Although the Mallard Creek location is closer, we prefer the kid-friendly atmosphere of the Davidson location. However, I completely understand the reasoning behind the differing atmospheres.
