I was willing to overlook the terrible reviews and give this place a try until I noticed the "owner responses" to dissatisfied customers. I am in total shock that in a Customer Service industry an owner of a restaurant can be so dismissive, defensive and unapologetic. It is clear to me by these reslonses that this person has no intention of bettering the service or cleanliness of this restaurant and I can not support a business that doesn't strive to be the best it can be.
