It is such a pleasure to have a great living. Theresa, the office manager, has been awesome!! Im so glad I moved here!
Do yourself a favor and don’t move here. It is far from luxury, management is awful and ignores concerns when presented. Children in here run wild and destroy the place and their parents are up all hours of the night loud and no regards for anyone else. Multiple people living inside garages that are not on lease. It’s a nightmare

My experience at the Burroughs Mill community was mixed -- starting out well with Theresa and a smooth move in process, quickly turning very poor with issue after issue -- each taking forever to be resolved -- and ultimately taking my time, patience and joy out living there the first few months. However, management -- Gabby, in particular -- really stepped up, listened to my concerns and did everything they could to make my remaining stay a pleasant one. She even offered to switch my unit. New high end amenity updates keep appearing on the property such as the new outdoor patio with gas fire pits, an outdoor kitchen, and fenced in playground that was built overlooking the pond over the last 6 months. I collect the phone numbers of their construction workers so that I can hire them to do as high-quality work on my own home. The maintenance “boys” are prompt, very skilled, helpful, and always fix anything the right way. The management is friendly and treats everyone like they are a part of the community.
