My experience at Burroughs Mill was frustrating and disappointing, largely due to management issues. After moving out, I spent over six months trying to recover my security deposit despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter amicably. April 2024 - The application process was by far the easiest process I’ve ever experienced with renting. After speaking with Gabby via phone, she was super nice and answered all my questions. When I met Theresa for the tour, I was SOLD. Everything aligned from the speedy application decision, great customer service (they actually WANT to help), the perfect area, (close to everything you need and clean and quiet), and the units. We had a great experience touring with Teresa!! She was amazing! Answered all of our questions, was super extensive with explaining each unit and even showed us the sweet spot units she liked herself! We loved the property and all the amenities as well- definitely on the top of our list for when we move!

I have genuinely liked living here over the past 9 months and have had little issues. However, the parking seems to be a big one. I have made multiple complaints about people parking in the circle across from my assigned spot in a very clear “no parking zone” and that has no parking signs. The way these people park their cars make it very difficult for me to park in my assigned and paid for spot.
