I just left the leasing office and got a grandiose tour with Teresa. I have been an executive focused on great customer service and I have to tell you that Theresa absolutely exemplifies great customer service and she certainly sets the Gold Standard for customer service. Very happy with Burroughs Mill. Theresa is phenomenal! She is a property manager here and really cares about the residents. Always pushing for new amenities and looking for ways to bring the community together. Gym, sauna, pool, grilling area, patio, playground, great clubhouse, the complex is trying to give the residents extra value. Theresa works her tail off to give you a luxury experience. If you are someone that is reasonable, enjoys peaceful surroundings, takes pride in the place they live, you will like it here.
Jess is absolutely an outstanding maintenance tech. Very friendly and helpful. Teresa is a great people person. Knowledgeable and very helpful .
Teresa is the absolute best! She is so attentive to all my requests and shows attention to detail for tenants in the community. She is so friendly and truly takes care of us. I love this community. I just moved in a month ago and it has been a seemless transition. Highly recommend working with Burroughs mill and more specifically, Teresa!
