It's been a few years since I've lived in a large apartment complex. This place is OK. I wouldn’t refer to it as a “luxury” complex as the website does, but it’s not bad. I have a 3-bed townhouse. It’s not in the best location in the complex, but it’s fine. It’s been a lot better since a disrespectful neighbor moved out. I am very particular about where I choose to live and visited nearly all of the apartment communities in Cherry Hill, New Jersey before chosing Burrough’s Mills for my home. Burrough’s Mill is a lovely apartment community in the heart of Cherry Hill and close to every thing that really matters to me like shopping, dining and major roads and highways. I just left the leasing office and got a grandiose tour with Teresa. I have been an executive focused on great customer service and I have to tell you that Theresa absolutely exemplifies great customer service and she certainly sets the Gold Standard for customer service.
