Had a huge problem with them getting my ductwork replaced correctly. In fact, the service tech from their company said the worked looked bad. Therefore, I spoke with the manager of the ductwork, and he said he would go out there to look at it. The only thing he did was seal around where the air comes out, which he did not even seal around the bottom. Apparently, he didn't look under the house at the rest of the ductwork.
