Disappointed by lack of communication and effort to resolve issue. Shower door adjustment on three occasions did not fix the issue. Scheduled an appointment over phone, confirmed it by email. Called the office the day of appointment, was told there was no record of it. I resent the original confirmation email and got no response, nor return of my calls.
