Service was friendly, attentive, and quick; late Sunday afternoon not crowded. Food and drink were excellent. I had beef tostadas and my girlfriend had burritos and flan w/coffee.
El burrito Loco – okk well recently i have gone to el burrito loco so far everytime i go i get excellent service the waiters are very nice. The food is very good also the drinks are very delicious i enjoy talking to the manger he was very polite & their waiters are very motive. I do recommed this restarurant it was a very pleasant evening to enojy a couple of drinks & eat comfortably.

Terrible customer service, money hungry – I have been here 3 times and had a terrible experience for 2 of them. The waiters are very nasty.. they roll their eyes at you and take a long time to bring drinks to the table. One time, the waiter even brought drinks to the table that we never even ordered and refused to bring them back! At my most recent tripe there, we had a fairly large party, but we checked about 30 minutes in advance to make sure it wouldn't be a problem and they told us we wouldn't have issues. The happy hour complaints are founded... – I too experienced this problem. My first trip I couldn't stop raving to my BF about the place so the next time we were up for Mexican I invited him along. We had the same experience with the bill seeeming "off". Because we were with coworkers, we didn't make a big deal of it and just paid. However, that being said, I don't think it was equitable to take advantage of our group considering we stayed there and ordered food and tipped VERY well. False happy hour ad and tricked register. Please read! – Not only the false happy hour ad they have and did not honore even though I spoke to the Manager who lied offering free round and never did but 4 minutes before happy hour was up I ordered another round of drinks and they said that it will be at full price because the register had the clock forward 10 minutes and they could not do anything about it, WHAT A SCAM!, oviously they are money thirsty and don't care about the customers. Great Guacamole... Decent Service... and a gut-wrenching ride home – We went here on a Friday night after locating good reviews and rating on this site... so I feel I should tell you what it was really like. We arrived around 9 PM and were promply seated, 2 top. Service was good, staff was nice and attentive as was the manager that evening.
