Avoid this tourist trap at all cost. Being right near the plaza apparently gives them the notion that they don't need any repeat business from local customers. At least, that's the only reason I can come up with for why they would be so cheap that they store their salsa in orange Home Depot buckets (not food safe), refuse customers things like an extra plastic place setting, "because those are expensive", and generally provide horribly service all around.
