I am a taco lover and was so excited when I came across this place. First off, the service is slow. The staff was too busy singing and playing with their co-workers. Second, the food is TERRIBLE so it doesn't even make up for the poor service. Tacos are bland, queso is bland, and chips were days old. 😝
My girlfriend and I loved coming here and would always take friends and family visiting. We then found out that after a certain time we can’t get what we want only what they have. Sometimes we get chips with our tacos, sometimes we don’t. Could you please make up your mind? We would rather not stand in a line for 20 minutes and find out we can’t get what’s on the menu. Bathrooms are always disgusting by the way
This place is terrible. First let me say the lady’s that work here are great and are super awesome at what they do.... HOWEVER the manager / owner is not so great. The lock in the bathroom gets stuck according to the staff ....(my friend and I never dining here before were unaware of this BUILDING AND CODE MALFUNCTION) my friend locked the bathroom door while using the facilities as any decent human being does and the lock got stuck she attempted to call the restaurant and the phone number listed for them was not in operatin... read more

Reminds me of my college years
Never going here again. The five-ish times I ate here before tonight, I always got okay food, but service was always terrible. All the serves are rude and usually mess up my order. Tonight, my friend sat at an empty table while I waited in line to order food. The owner literally had a police officer kick her out because she wasn’t eating food at the table, despite me waving and reassuring that I was in the process of getting her food. The food was not very good at all. The pork looked like chili soup. They served the food in these paper bowls that will get wet,and will make your food taste like carton. The food didn’t taste fresh. I was very disappointed. My wife didn’t even finished her “chicken” bowl. I will not go back.
Not good at all. We were out late and wanted Mexican food. Red Mesa was closed for a private event so we stopped here. Who can mess up guacamole?! I dunno what they put in it but it wasn’t good. My boyfriends carnitas were so greasy. He didn’t eat all of his tacos.. and the nachos, also garbage. Also didn’t finish.
