Around noon on sat I walked into a empty lobby to get a bean and cheese burrito on bean and cheese day. There was one man working the drive thru and 2 women cleaning the dining area and I presumed working the inside counter and register. I stood there for 2 minute with no greeting or acknowledgement from the staff. We've been loyal Burrito Amigo patrons since you opened on 42nd Street in Springfield. The food has always been excellent. Around noon today my wife stopped at the Burrito Amigos kiosk at Jerry's in Springfield. She ordered two Bacon Breakfast Burritos and a Chicken Breakfast Burrito, $18.75 worth of bad food. They are the worst we've ever had. All three tasted warmed over, the tortilla's were rubbery as if microwaved. GROSS! Nothing like biting into your breakfast burrito to get a mouth full of rotten potatoe skin! Who even puts full slices of potato skins in a burrito?! Happy birthday to me 🤬😡

I stopped today to eat at the location at Hwy 99. I was very dissapointed. We ordered chicken tamales with rice, and beans and some chips too. The chicken inside of the tamales was awful, you can't even saw the pieces of shredded chicken. It was just like a brown paste inside. The chips were very salty. I couldn't finish the meal, and I just paid around $20 dolars for the food. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. They can't call those tamales, they were DISGUSTING!!!
