DR Horton was our home builder. Our roof was in very bad shape but we were not aware of the issues until the leaks started. Alex of Burris Roofing came out to inspect our leaky roof. Alex determined that there was no caulking or huge gaps around windows on the second level. He caulked what he could reach. He also determined that the roofers used nails instead of screws to install the flashing. Many of the nails had rusted out and there was space at the nail head where the wood was exposed.
