Like MANY other reviews here and on socials say, Jim the owner, doesn’t have the integrity to return calls. He’s does this to many and done it for years…no matter how polite and respectful you are, doesn’t matter. Some put up with it and act like it isn’t complete and utter disrespect, but those of us that have self respect absolutely don’t. We speak up for ourselves. Burris did an amazing job fixing my hot water tank. They were honest and trustworthy and affordable.
Jim, the owner, came on time to ck my heat pump hot water heater & took care of things quickly & professionally. He’s a friendly guy. I will definitely be calling Buriss again.
