Today my husband and I went to the waterloo IL location. It was busy and we had no problem waiting. My problem is that when I did receive my food it was basically inedible. The happy meal we ordered were OLD chicken nuggets. You could taste it and they were barely warm. In the 2 10 piece chicken nuggets it was basically the same. I’ve never seen so many locations with their shake machine being down.
Driveway of the drive thru is FILTHY!!! When you let down your window to get your order, the flies fight you to get into your car! Drive thru used to be maintained very well! OUTSIDE MANICURE SERVICE NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE!!!
