Awesome place!! I got lucky on just stopping by & getting seen the same day. I had a caliper fall off of 1 of my tires while doing my deliveries. It was an odd situation but it ended up being a blessing because Burris Garage found that I had an outer tie rod that was bad. They put me on a new one & fixed my caliper. The rate was fair & they were great to deal with. They explained everything to me as they found it. I highly recommend!!! I have found a great mechanic that I will definitely use in the future!!

The owner Doug and his assistant Noah where great helpers to my issue with my car. My girlfriend and I got stuck in Kannapolis for a whole 24hrs because my car broke down on the way back to Charlotte. He was an angel sent down to help me and her because man was I stressed out that whole time. He actually told me what was wrong with my car versus just doing a job and he explained everything to me so that way I could understand everything.
