If I could give zero stars I would. I am physically disabled and I have learning difficulties. So I checked to see if my insurance was in network which it was, but to my surprise the receptionist on duty at approx 9:45 declined to walk me through what exactly I was filling out. She smugly said, "It was my responsibility to understand it." There is such a thing as asking questions if you don't understand something.
