If you want any empathy, do not visit Burrell at ANY location. I've tried multiple times over the years to get help, both as a minor and adult, and Burrell has only helped me see how little their employees care for the patient. The amount of times I've been denied my prescribed medication with no offer of assistance is vile. Communication is flimsy. I’ll start out saying I have a great therapist but I saw Betty Long last week. Immediately after my appointment I knew she wasn’t a good fit for me but I requested my medical records due to my ongoing disability claim. The amount of errors I found was insane. I get a call today stating that they use AI AND Betty refused to fix those errors. My lawyer wasn’t too impressed either. There psychiatrist will diagnose you with a mental illness and when you file for disability the psychiatrist will not help you whatsoever to get approved for disability. I believe this is just a big money racket for Burrell's
