The pharmacy is very judgmental of patients, attitudes in that place I switched to kilgores it was the best decision I made kilgores is the sweetest team of ppl ever.

I waited 6 months for an appointment and they canceled it without telling me why 20 minutes into waiting in the office. I called after leaving to find out why my appointment was canceled and there was no record of my appointment being canceled. I got it rescheduled but I had to wait another 2 months to see someone. After making another appointment a few months later I was given a date to come in. A week before the appointment they cancel AGAIN. Now I must wait nearly two months to get medication. Do NOT use Burrell.

They do not care about your mental health. They do not listen to the patient needs or requests. IF you get in with a therapist they will pull that one out from under you, even if it's a good fit, to meet their needs. Knowing you asked for specific things to begin with-1, working with our insurance-nope you'll get a therapist and 1 session, set up multiple sessions to be told they don't take the insurance you started the whole process with and THEY want you to start over. -2, telehealth is BS, therapist ghosts you, never allo... read more

Terrible place. Employees suck at their job and that Madison Henney should be fired

Horrible care. Therapist kept canceling my appointments last minute, their support calls stopped coming as well. Watched my therapist watch the clock while I was talking. Finally gave up on getting help.
