I have great difficulty getting my prescriptions renewed in a timely manner. In my most recent experience, I had express scripts reach out to them a week before my prescription ran out. Burrell did not accept or refuse their request until two days before I ran out of medicine. I called burrell and left them a message to refill my script at the local pharmacy. In my experience they do not call back in a timely manner, so I called 4 or 5 times to actually speak to someone to get it refilled. They did not get me to a live perso... read more
I have tried 3 times to make an appointment at this place and they cancel every. Single. Time. There are no efforts to make appointments that fit patient availability and any time I call, the person I'm speaking to isn't able to answer my questions.
They gave my life a since of purpose again. I would absolutely recommend to those who really struggle with mental health.
