Incredibly helpful to me during an unexpected crisis.
If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. What a joke of a place that claims to be for mental health. If you need help, please go somewhere else. Anywhere else. After a 5 hour process, my daughter was turned away. We went to another facility and after extensive evaluation, she was admitted. If it were up to Burrell to save my daughters life and they were the last straw, they would have absolutely let her die. Thank God I was with her and got her somewhere else. What a shame they call themselves a crisis center.
