I’m only putting 4 stars due to the wait time. All the staff was sweet and kind and accommodating. However, I had to wait 7 HOURS to speak with a provider. I don’t think the fault lies with the staff but the lack of providers and help that they had. I think this needs to be looked into and potentially expanded because 7 hours is insane. I want to reiterate that staff was so so so kind. The wait times are the big bug a boo here. Still better than waiting 6 months to see a psychiatrist.

NO STARS. This place is evil, the woman who answered my call put me in deeper crisis and I would never recommend anyone to reach out to this place unless you are so desperate you have no other options. Stick with a good therapist from a private practice and PCP.

Thank you for letting me spend the night there I felt safe and the Therapist and provider was nice it turns out that I had an allergic reaction to the medication they gave me but I’d still go back and stay there again if I have another anxiety attack or panic attack again. The staff were very supportive and caring thank you a million times over and God Bless you all.

My husband recently went here for help. He is an addict(poly substance user)who was really trying to stay clean and not to be on anything that he would be dependent on or abuse. He was seriously desperate and asked me to go with him to hold him accountable because he has a history of Dr shopping. Well after seeing the therapist who basically warned me strongly to keep my mouth shut and then not being allowed to go back with him to see the Dr they gave him Effexor and gabapentin. I took a friend here on March 4th 2025, it was a traumatizing experience. My friend has severe panic attacks and more, during our wait time, another patient was playing loud music that even in the other waiting/consultation room could be heard quite clearly. I asked staff it if could be turned down I was told no.
