Have been calling for 2 months trying to talk about my bill and I get no call back. Was told one price and billed double. My payments I have made are not showing. On the phone now waiting for billing and it has been 20 minutes and no one bothers to answer the phone. Advocates are supposed to get back within 3 to 6 business days and it’s been a month in a half. Emails have been sent out no answer. The most unprofessional facility I have ever had to deal with.
I wasn't allowed inside the administration building because I'm not in elementary school.
They cancelled my appointment and made no attempt to contact me. I only found out when I went in for my appointment after waiting a month and they wanted me to wait another month to be seen.
