Had one appointment. At the end was told the appointment would be the 16th of July, go to the front and the lady there said that day was booked for who we were there to see so it'd be made for the 19th at 9am instead. Showed up today at 8:37, lady at reception ignored us, another lady had to outright walk into the receptionists room to get her attention to make an appointment.
