Short answer no one shows up to appointments and they won't change your meds. Long answer: I was supposed to have a zoom meeting Monday at 1pm with Hull and she did not show up to it, call, or email. I waited thinking I would be contacted and wasn't. I then called today to find I had been discharged, why was I discharged due to her lack of showing up. Seeking mental health support and medication is very hard here and I am severely disappointed with the way they operate, not prescribing needed meds bc they said they wanted to scan my brain, that was in beg of feb after suffering to the appointment two months with severe depression and anxiety just to be told my dr was out and reschedule it for two more months! This place is an absolute joke. Can't keep appointments or even know how to help a patient. Make one attempt to contact about cancelations and call it job well done wether they reach you or not. Needs to be shut down immediately due to lack of care or any sence of professionalism. Garbage is the only term that describes them.

I waited an entire year for a pschye evaluation, whereupon all my concerns were dismissed. They told me to read a book and recommended a med change. The medication had some devastating side-effects that I was given no warning of the potential side-effects. I was living in a panic for months dealing with the symptoms without support, when I visited the physical offices for help after a breakdown, I was turned away. The level of care they offer patients here is only a phone call.
