The ancho chili braised pork short ribs are so delicious. We always enjoy the food here. Plus the atmosphere is chill and mostly quiet.
Everything was great! Highly recommend the fennel pollen tuna “carpaccio”, and a one eyed ginger!

Burrata Bistro was the go-to date night restaurant for my wife and I when we lived in Poulsbo, and we love it so much I try to stop by for dinner whenever I am back in the area. A true gem of a restaurant!
We stopped into this restaurant for a late dinner that we could maybe share. We were worried because the menu looked very heavy Italian which would be great if it wasn't already 8pm. We ordered a salmon dinner and it was the best, and loved how it came delivered in the bowl/plate. We are still talking about it. Absolutely delicious.

Absolutely amazing waitress and food. Had fresh squeezed lemonade, roasted mixed olives, honey baby back ribs and four cheese pasta. All amazing dishes.
