Since our vet retired we've been looking for a good clinic and have found it in Burquitlam Animal Hospital. The staff and veterinarians are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. If we need an appointment on short notice they manage to get us in and recently they helped with aftercare for one of our cats who needed emergency surgery. Staff is great and the clinic is very clean. We have an aggressive dog and have no issues bringing her here.

I had an excellent experience at this animal hospital. The staff were professional, kind, and clearly very knowledgeable. They handled my cat with care and patience, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat, not just the appointment. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy vet.

Very disappointed. This vet would not provide any information or answer basic questions unless I first pay a $110 check-up fee. The staff came across as careless and rude, it just felt money-focused. The conversation ended with not even a goodbye.
