Our whole experience, from the choosing the setting, receiving advice about metals, choosing the stone for the setting was exemplary. We could not have been happier with the outcome. The ring is absolutely gorgeous!! The service was warm and knowledgeable. Not the usual jewelry store service, where you feel rushed and not appreciated as a customer. I would highly recommend this to any one.

One of the jewelers, Adam, took a lot of time to listen to us and to help us develop a custom wedding ring.
Family owned - quality merchandise at a great price. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, we're not pushy when we walked in and were respectful by giving us time to browse first.
Very easy to work with. When they didn't have the wedding bands we wanted in their showcase, they worked with us to special order exactly what we wanted. They also provided excellent service for the groomsmen's presents, offering store credit for something that was very much our mistake, not theirs. They did excellent work re-stringing a 5-string antique pearl necklace, and did it quickly in time for the wedding. I walked in here to burn time while my husband was at the barbershop. I was greeted by Ken who told me to look around, and let him know if I wanted to see anything. I like "no pressure shopping", and that was what I found at Burque Jewelers. I was truly impressed with Ken's knowledge of gemstones. Their pieces were unique and of the highest quality. The best jewelers I have been to! So nice and they really care about the quality of the product. They are so personable and take extra care to show/ teach you about the piece of jewelry you are interested in. There is so much more to gems than carat, cut, and clarity.

Small enough to care about their customers individually...large enough to have access to great prices. That had the best price around on diamonds and sapphires.
