Well well well, how to begin??? First of all I didn't know that going for a dot physical required less than 3 hrs seating and waiting to be seeing. It literally took under an hour, granted there was not wait. From the secretary to the md, whom by the way, checks the patients blood pressure himself. Not a machine, not a grumpy technician, himself....Everyone professionalism and caring was at another higher level. Will recommend this clinic to everyone I know and from now and on, they have earned my business and trust....
Got my DOT physical there no problem very happy
I was able to secure a last minute appointment. Dr. Burow explained my issue and treatment to where I could understand. Very considerate of my comfort. Laura at the front desk was great.
