Nice place, great food & reasonable prices.
We celebrated our 40th high school reunion with dinner here. Paul and Scott were great to work with in the planning of our event and were very helpful and patient during the process. They made sure everything went well that night and we had a blast. Jose and Lexi did an amazing job serving dinner and drinks throughout the event. Everyone had a great time, give them a shot when you're looking for a new place to eat. Thanks, again for a wonderful evening!
Everything was great until we got the bill. They added a 3% service charge to the bill! When I asked what this was for, the waitress claimed that she didn't know. When the manager came over to explain the charge he mentioned that is was due to increased costs in the kitchen. This is the stupidest idea EVER! Just raise your prices! We are tired of hidden costs and service charges. Companies are moving away from this and here at Burntwood Tavern, they are embracing it. I am NEVER going back to this chain again.
