We are beyond thrilled with this clinic! Words can not describe how grateful our family is for the help of Dr Combs and Burnt Store Animal hospital!!! Our 5 year old mini schnoodle was brought into see Dr Combs due to him having paralysis in his lower body. He did not have function of his back legs AT ALL before starting treatment with Dr Combs. Every time we've come, we've been helped by doctors who clearly have a passion for what they do. I have yet to have an experience with anyone here that's less than professional and caring. It's clear to me that these people have beloved pets of their own that they love with all their hearts too. I have been to way too many vets in town that are straight up salespeople disguised as doctors. The doctors in Burnt Store Animal Hospital however are very different. I am so so pleased with the customer service and the love and care these techs provide. Thank you so much for taking care of my Max. Max is of the hardest dogs to deal with and these guys took care of all our issues in a matter of 30 minutes! Usually my dog is panting and very stressed but he remained calm after the visit. 10/10 visit.
