Our pets have been patients of Dr Kerr for over 7 years. All four of our dogs have received exceptional care from all members of the BSAH staff. Highly recommend!
this review is over due but I can NOT be more grateful for this place . When I had brought my dog to other vets I was told to put him down and he’d never walk again , thanks to JJ and Jason my dog is thriving and survived his stroke and I had even made friend there that I watched their dogs as well go from not being able to use the bathroom on their own or anything get up and walk . I took my dog, who has fleas, to this place seeking help. Unfortunately, there were no doctors available to assist us. Despite the name, this is not an animal hospital, and I was very disappointed. I was told to come back tomorrow at 4:30. If a dog is suffering, I don’t understand why there is no effort to help.
I cannot thank this office enough. So kind and caring. Dr. Kerr was the 4th doctor to see my doodle. Nobody else could figure it out - he did. She has been hurt since November and nobody would listen. Dr. Kerr listened and cared. He found bulging discs and made her comfortable again. We are on our way back to a happy girl. Thank you x100 TOTALLY RECOMMEND !! 🐕
