Mr. Jack Frost was born with a oddly developed ear canal, causing complications and infections regularly. After 3 different doctors and multiple medications... Dr. Kerr helped our lil sweet boy! Jack had a full TECA done and is recovering perfectly A huge shout out to Burnt Store Animal Hospital for loving Jack (almost) as much as we do!!! 🤍
I was very pleased with the veterinarian. I was pleased that they didn’t try to sell you things you didn’t need and he was there. He liked my German Shepherd at first he was at first everybody was a little leery, but Romeo is a big baby.
I had to put down my 15 year old Jack Russell. I've had 3 other pets I've had to put down by 3 other providers. They exceeded any competition by far, even in house veterinarian. They gave my little buddy chocolates and cookies. It was so professional and made a very tragic situation positive. Thank you for your extreme kindness. You rocked it out for me.
I've been using BSAH for a few years now. Great Doctors, Open 7 days a week. Love this place for my babies..
