All of the staff at Burnt Store, especially Vanessa and Dr. Kerr have been wonderful to my fur kids. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet care needs.
Love this Dr and this office. Our first visit was yesterday after searching for the right vet and having less than positive experiences at 2 others in the area. They got my dog in within 24 hours and ended up having to do a major surgery on his knee. Very professional office, friendly staff and very clean. Burnt Store Animal Hospital is hands down the best veterinary clinic in Southwest Florida. Dr. Kerr and his entire staff are incredible. What I appreciate most is their honesty—they never try to upsell treatments or procedures that aren’t necessary. Everything they recommend is based purely on what the dog actually needs. Dr. Kerr has been treating my dog after I originally went to another vet for TPLO surgery that ended up costing more than double what it should have. Had my first visit here today. Made appointment for a nail trim for my two dogs. It was not made clear to me when I made the appointment that I would be charged an exam price of $65 each. I refused to see the Dr for a simple nail trim when they have their records from their regular vet, showing a complete exam and shots were done on 12/19/2025. The manager came out to speak to me, she was very rude cutting me off mid sentence. I left only paying for the nail trim but I will not return simply for the rudeness displayed by the... read more
