We had to come to KC for a doctor's appt and happened to see this place. Food was AMAZING and I usually don't care for BBQ, but the hubs loves it. Very polite staff, super clean (including the restroom) and very reasonable prices. We ordered the royal platter and we have 3 to go boxes left over to take home for dinner! I highly recommend stopping by!
Pretty good BBQ. I went there late for dinner and they were out of brisket. I got the burnt ends and spare ribs. Burnt ends were good but the ribs seemed a little too dry. Bumping up 1 star because the staff was really friendly.
I got the steak burger it was amazing there is not a better burger around here.

Up from Central TX for classes. Three of us went there for dinner on a Sunday. Busy, but not overly busy. Great food. I had the 119th St. bowl. Great portion, flavor, and sauce. Everyone enjoyed what they had. One "local" recommended the ribs. I was going to get them but wasn't sure if I was going to be able to eat all that food. I will go there again.
This place is amazing. It's the undiscovered jewel of KC barbecue!
