Always the nicest people.
Never wait, always use the shuttle. Don't waste time in the waiting areas. In there 4 times, each time takes far longer than estimated.
Service really does a thorough job. The scheduled intervals tend to take a long time--try to get a loaner car and pick yours up the next day!
Do yourself a favor don't buy a VW the cost of service will drain your pocketbook.
If you buy a car, get negotiations in writing. File didn't include extended warranty negotiated for full price sale and sales manager (Gary) wouldn't honor since sales gal left. Won't buy here again!
Annoying Service Techs, I'm not retarded ... I don't need to go over every detail of the invoice like we are at a doctors office ... Just fix it, let me pay and let's go!
