In particular, we have high regards for Davis, who has always gone above and beyond his call of duty to inspect properties for us, and making sure that we understand what we are required to do to comply with the obligations. Jeff stepped in and managed the process from start to finish handling all tenant related issues and did so during COVID. We were able to re-list our house in a better market and sold it quickly.
