2 years at Burnsville Pointe I was there for 2 years and found it a decent place to live. The kids had other good kids to play with and I enjoyed it. Nice neighbors too. The manager was very nice. I kept our place clean and cleaned it very well when I left and got our deposit back with no problems.

Was a good place for us. Got our deposit back in full. We lived at Burnsville Pointe for a couple of years and recently moved out. It was a good place for us to live. We had good neighbors. We have no complaints. The manager was really helpful. When we moved in, it was really nice and we cleaned everything on the list they gave us in our apartment before we moved out to make it nice like when we moved in. We got our deposit back in full. We are happy to write a good review.

Property formerly known as Country Village Mice run rampant in the buildings even after the apartments were shut down a couple years ago by the city so the Lindahl family could restore these apartments to meet with city code. I caught a mouse in a jar in January (2015). My cat caught one a few months later. Good place to live This is a good place to live. We moved into a clean nice apartment and we are happy here. Our plans are to stay for another year (we've been here 3 years). We have friends who want to live here too but there's a waiting list cause the apartments are full.

Excellent Place to Live, Great Management We know who put the review on below (our neighbor) and they were asked to leave because they were the problem, not the place. The manager has been there for years. So has the maintenance person. The caretaker has been here at least 10 years and keeps the place clean and nice. All the staff works hard and the owners are very respectful of us. We moved into a beautiful clean place and we take care of it so it stays nice. Our neighbors our nice. Awful Never rent from them they went through 4 managers in their office in the year I was there. The apartment I moved into was filthy so i cleaned for a week and than upon move out i cleaned for two days 9 months pregnant an they still kept some of the deposit! I had horrible neighbors upstairs an down. Would pound on my floor almost every night at 3 am! They go through maintenance workers like crazy! Horrible, terrible, disaster, and any other word you can cone up with for just a bad place to live!
