Burnsville Parkway is just outstanding - from the front desk to the techs and or course the vets. All around just a great experience for my pup and I. He got 8 teeth removed yesterday and not once was I worried about leaving him there. They called to update me while he was under, and again when he woke up. You can tell everyone cares deeply for the animals while they are in their care. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Quincy is one happy boy :) Thank you for all the hard work you do!
When my foster puppies need to go in for their vetting I request them. The staff is friendly and extremely nice. So happy they work with Secondhand Hounds. If we lived closer my pack would come here!
Amazingly kind and caring staff! My dog got sick over the weekend and they scheduled us an appointment right away on Monday morning and even called 2 days later to make sure he was doing okay. So glad to have them as our primary veterinarian!
What a wonderful group of people. Dr. Avery was fabulous took her time and explained everything to me and really connected with my dog as did the vet tech. Right down to the front desk folks everybody was super!! Highly highly recommend the best that we've had in over 20 years.
Burnsville takes wonderful care of our rescue animals! They are easy to work with, responsive, and offer great advice! We love them!!
