Dr Frank has been our family doctor and has been for the last 8 years. We have been happy with the level of knowledge and expertise. He listens and provides the upmost care in patients. He had even gone the extra mile one year to ensure I wouldn't get double billed for a cervical screening check. With a busy life, I can instantly book appointments online without phoning the clinic and being on hold, making it really convenient for me. I try to book early in the morning to avoid waiting times.
Don't come to the doctors here please. We recently booked our daughter with Frank Xia twice. The first time my daughter's daycare suppected HFM on her so we made an appointment to check with Frank. He checked her symptoms and gave us a clearance to go back to daycare. But 2 days later, her symptoms got worse and we bought her in again, then he agreed it was HFM disease. Frank Xia is the worst!! Not sure where he got his medical degree. Went to see him about asthma, instead commented on how fat I was. Yup, used the word fat. At the time I had been going to this clinic because it was nearby and obviously I was stupid. It wasn't until I started to see a new Dr at a new medical facility, that I discovered I had fatty liver disease and a couple of other health issues. RUDE, OFFENSIVE
I’m writing this review on behalf of a friend who had a terrible experience with Dr. Frank Xia. From what she shared, the appointment was not only unhelpful but actively harmful. Instead of offering proper medical support, he was fatphobic, rude, and dismissive. Her genuine health concerns were ignored and brushed off, and the conversation was repeatedly redirected toward her weight — even when it had nothing to do with the issue at hand.
