I took two of my young children in to see Dr Yasmin, she was fantastic and very thorough. Highly recommend and would happily return. Reception staff were also very helpful, professional and accommodating
I saw Dr. Yasmine today, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She was incredibly thorough and clear with her advice, taking the time to explain everything in detail. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in her expertise. A fantastic doctor!
Made repeated mistakes with scripts, not providing repeats or emailing to the wrong location. Left without very important medication. Rude receptionists and not a care given when expressing disappointment to management. Refused to pay for consultation after this treatment and smugly told I’ll be now dealing with a debt collector. Would not recommend.
Took a day off work to attend an emergency appointment and upon arrival all doors were locked. Was finally let in and told my Dr was off sick and no appointments would be seen to. Was called by receptionist earlier in day, missed her call and no message or re-call was attempted to notify me. Not impressed.
First time at this practice, very wonderful front staff, extremely polite and professional. The Dr was good too, I understand COVID 19 is sucking life out of us but every sore throat isn't COVID-19. I'm aware of the protocols around but just because of it had I been turned around I had to be in terrible pain and miss my assignment.
