I had a split-unit evaporator go bad, and it was still under warranty. I called Carrier for service of the unit, and they referred me to 2 companies: one that will remain nameless and Burnside HVAC. The first one wanted to rip me off with the labor cost, and I knew it was way too much. Then I called Burnside, and Norma was very sympathetic to my issue and sent a tech out the same day!!! Junior, Jackson, and Fernando did an outstanding job replacing the ducts throughout the house. They were prompt, friendly, and courteous. I appreciate their hard work!

Chance Roberson is AMAZING. He saved my parents. Not only did he spend several days in their 100+ year old home meticulously combing through issues but he took the time to explain everything and look for the proper fittings (not “that’ll do” fittings that were the cause of several issues). The pricing was VERY fair. Great great job 👏

Jason Sherrod did fantastic job with troubleshooting oir AC system. We had smoke coming out of the vents. He determined which system was at fault and made sure it would not accidentally come back on until the defective part was replaced.
