They were extremely efficient, friendly and thorough. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Burnside. I highly recommend this company for your cooling and heating needs.
Burnside just came out today under their Gold Star service. I called them a week ago to say one thermostat was malfunctioning and to bring a replacement. The service person was not informed. After finishing his service, he said it would be $547 to replace the thermostat under warranty. I called Lennox, and they said the thermostat was covered under warranty. This crew who installed both of our HCAC units were very good. They worked hard for over 8 hours so we did not have to worry about getting uncomfortable with both units down. Would recommend Burnside to family and friends.
