I didn’t catch the two technicians names that came out for the first time but they both were very polite, knowledgeable, honest and patient with mine and my husbands many questions.
Plumbing: Yes they do plumbing now and Chance and Michael fixed the leak in our footing so quickly. Very impressive!
Aaron came on time and quickly solved our concern about why our thermostat was wasn’t working. He explained everything well and made recommendations for the future. He was polite and friendly.
9/2025 Update: Another great maintenance visit from Burnside. Ryan provided a thorough check and left me with a written report. He also spent time to be sure my outside unit was clean by carefully using a garden hose to rinse off the dirt. Thanks Ryan! 8/2022. Excellent service call. Noel checked all aspects of the HVAC system and provided additional info (like air filter recommendations) and even cleaned up the outside unit to keep things running well. Thank you, Noel.
