I have been using these guys for a few years now and I decided to leave a review because sometimes you just get going with the company the first time the experience is great and the second one is not as good or the third one but every time they’ve came out, I’ve had a great experience. Everyone well communicative from the front office down to the technician. They’re very honest and they help me understand my air conditioner along the way great company and I highly recommend.
Aaron, a technician from Burnside, responded quickly on a Sunday after I called about my lack of heat. He was incredibly friendly and personable, and he immediately got to work on the attic unit, quickly identifying and fixing the issue. I've been consistently impressed with Burnside’s exceptional service, and Aaron truly made my day.
Super service! Our first experience with Burnside. It was a great experience Darryl was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even left some smoked pork he had personally smoked. Ha ha Can’t ask for anything more! It was great too. Great service on our ac unit.

I am SO very disappointed in Burnside AC. Several years ago I wrote a 5-star review because we had the best service, excellent technician and purchased a new AC/furnace unit for the house. Coils rusted through 2 years later but got the same technician to the house and had excellent service again, although not sure why the coils went bad so fast. Fast forward to this week.
