Updated 1/12/26 - HB came back out today to perform semi-annual maintenance on our units. Again, excellent job. I'm glad HB is still with Burnside. Love this tech. The technician Hamza (HB) was excellent. This was just a maintenance check, but I asked a few questions on some other items, and he provided me a number of options to resolve them.
Same day gas hot water tank install. Prompt, courteous, and professional service. Competively priced. Highly recommend and would use again.
Technicians are always on time and professional. I've used Burnside for over a decade because of their outstanding employees
