My A/C decided to quit working and my normal guy retired so was in a prediciment. I found Burnside on the Better Business Bureau, they have an A+ rating, good reviews and zero complaints. I called they fit me in the same day, I ended up rescheduling to the following morning and they were very accommodating. We called Burnside after receiving a questionable assessment of our HVAC from a different AC company. Darryl came to the house and performed a thorough evaluation of the system. He showed and explained everything, letting us know the true condition of our system and answering all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, polite, and personable, and we were sure we could trust what he said. We highly recommend him and this company to everyone!

Plumbing: Yes they do plumbing now and Chance and Michael fixed the leak in our footing so quickly. Very impressive!

Aaron came on time and quickly solved our concern about why our thermostat was wasn’t working. He explained everything well and made recommendations for the future. He was polite and friendly.
