We experienced a AC failure in July. Burnside technician Kayden quickly responded located the problem, a faulty capacitor. He did not have a replacement on his truck, and could not get anyone in the shop to bring him one. So he traveled to the shop obtained the replacement returned and quickly repaired our AC. Today 08/11/2025 he returned and performed a maintenance inspection. His detail to work and pleasant attitude are commendable. He is an asset to Burnside for his expertise and friendly nature.
Bailey did an excellent job of getting a service professional out to my house on a weekend. Burnside has given me excellent service for many years, and their technicians are thorough and professional.

I arrived home after 7 p.m. to a house well close to 90 degrees. A friend recommended that I contact Burnside so I did. Bailey took my call and immediately began taking steps to have a technician come as soon as possible.
