My husband and I had a great overall experience during our stay here. The apartment itself was clean upon move in and very functional with lots of natural light. If you are new (or not) to the area, this is a great home base to explore from. Therese and Angelene (office staff) were always friendly and able to help with any questions. David and team readily addressed whatever maintenance issue may have popped up. Thank you!
Great building, and great community, I dont live there but toured 2 times and everyone was very nice, the ameneties are great! The location is amazing, the best neighborhood of Portland in my opinion. Angeline was super nice, friendly and very helpful.
We moved to Portland a few months ago and living in Burnside 26 was absolutely the right move. The access to supermarket, restaurants/ cafes and maybe the most beautiful park in Portland is prime. Also Angelene and the Burnside 26 team are perfect and so friendly. The building is super clean and the maintenance team is also extremely quick and efficient with requests. I've heard many nightmare stories with property managers and such. You won't have that problem here.
Burnside 26 is a fantastic apartment to live at. The staff is so nice, attentive, very responsive. The location is amazing and new restaurants are constantly popping up nearby. When there are issues or potential disruptions, the property management sends out emails pretty quickly and also puts up door notices so you can't miss them. August 22, 2025 Two months later, the truth is out: I'm still feeling like I'm getting away with something. My original theory about a secret society is proving to be true! The best part is the community. It's not just a building; it's a neighborhood full of some of the friendliest people I've ever met. From the staff who feel more like friends to the neighbors who are always up for a chat, this community is the real MVP.
