I've been living at Burnside 26 for the last few years, and I absolutely love it. You really can't beat the location, and the Sky Lounge is great. I'm particularly fond of the staff, as everyone is so incredibly friendly and quick to respond when there are any issues. It's really a great community, and wonderful management.
Burnside 26: the only place I’ve ever paid rent and still felt like I was getting away with something. The building’s great, the neighbors are chill, and the vibes are solid—but the office staff? Top-tier humans. Friendly, responsive, and somehow always managing to make adulthood feel slightly less chaotic. Living here feels like being part of a well-run secret society—just with fewer weird handshakes.
I live in a place that’s the best of them all, With big sunny windows and ceilings so tall! The couch is just right, the floors always clean, And the view from the porch is a marvelous scene. The neighbors are kind and they always say hi, No barking at midnight, no pigs in the sky. The fridge is quite chilly, the stove cooks just right, And everything’s peaceful by 10 every night. I can’t say enough how much I have enjoyed my time at burnside 26! The neighborhood is 10/10 and the management as well as the maintenance people are always quick to respond with a kind and upbeat attitude.
My partner and I have lived here for 2 years now and are renewing our lease for our 3rd year. The area is fantastic and the staff is so incredible and helpful. I love the sky lounge and the community events they put on. Overall it has been my favorite place to live!
